Maling Akala!!!

I had the chance to play the buzzer beater game during the All Star event of WABL last Aug 2, Thursday. Whatta happened??? I have never been active or athletic naman talaga eh. Ewan ko ba, it’s just now that I’m enjoying these outdoor activities. Hehe! During our practice, I felt kinda confident na yakang yaka un… kasi lay- up lang naman. And this is what I like talaga in basketball shooting (walang dedepensa shoot ka lang!) That was a memorable night kasi nga naman… nauna ako sa paglista ng name ko.. ayun ako tuloy unang sinabak sa game.. shempre nagpademo muna ako kung ano gagawin. After the demo, ang yabang ko feeling ko ah okay! Kelangan lang pala mabilis na makapunta dun (kasi 15 sec. lang ang tym) tapos kelangan i-shoot! So go ako dun sa tabi ni Ref… inabot nya agad sakin ang bola eh hndi pa ako ready sabi ko sandali lang.. wahaha nag uumpisa na akong maging pasaway!. One more time with feelings, ayan game na.. I ran and dribbled as fast as I can… when I got to the other end of the court… binato ko agad bola.. mintis… eh may tym pa.. nag-attempt ulit ako.. ayun pumasok! Wow! Ayos!. Then when I approached my friends, ndi daw counted un. Ayun I learned something, Mali pala rules na sinet ko sa mind ko…hahaha! I thought kasi hangga’t ndi pa nagbubuzz at may tym pa… you can try as many times as u can to make a basket. Oh well, sayang mahaba pa naman ung tym na natira… Sitting pretty na ako sa bench, when they called my name nanaman. Hala! may 10 sec. game pa pala… hahaha! Sabi ko This is it! kaya na ito… Shempre tantsado na ako ni Ref (Thanks Ref!) hehe.. inintay nya na ako maging ready before nya i-abot ang bola… Again, I reached the other end with 5 seconds remaining on the clock pa… dnahan dahan ko pa ang pagbato ng bola! Wow! Wow naman! Ndi shumoot pare! Waaahh!

Pero I enjoyed it. Sabi ng mga nanood sakin mabilis daw ako… wahaha! d nga lang makashoot.. hehehe! Kya now I’m seeing another option. Track and Field na lang sports ko. Takbuhan na lang.. wla ng shoot shoot! Hehehe =)

Sayang june ndi sumipot exec mo… malamang panalo dapat kau sa two point shoot out.. hehehe! Btw, Salamat sa aking mga friendly friends sa panonood sa walang kwentang pangyayari.. Thanks to Ferdie (oo, kahit papano cnoach mo ako.. pero d mo cnabi na isang try lang.. hehehe) at kay Gegs na pinag intay kami nina June at Ferdie sa tapat ng GT ng kalahating oras… ang bigat ng pwet mo ah…wahaha! fizh us! To sum it all up, Masaya naman ang experience, I enjoyed our mini dramatico teatro @ Heaven’s BBQ. *wink*

I remember saying “Watching what’s been said and what’s not.” Bakit ganun I have clearly listened naman of what has been said over and over again, still I was wronged. Haiiizzz! Maling Akala!!!
