Disclaimer: This is a fictional office story.

Alexandra came in the office between 9:30 to 10:00 AM. She rushed into the CR shempre to freshen up because it was really hot outside. Guess what? She saw her good friend Britney. So, her friend stayed in there for a while and then started complaining 'bout PGMA's declaration of SNWH for governemnt employees. Being a PGMA backer, Alex started defending the President's decision about the 'controversial holiday' (ahhmm.. atleast for Brit=) ). They started really debating on it and then Brit wants to borrow Alex' comb and all the latter said was "Galit ka kay GMA eh.. kaya hindi kta papahiramin". That was meant as a joke but then Alex was told na she's like GMA mahilig sa personalan... wahaha!

On her way to her cube, she was still really entertained with how their Toilet conversation turned out. She excitedly shared what happened with her office seatmate, Juan. Shempre, he would not let it pass.. He sent an email joke to Alex and Brit... Just see their thread of e-mails...

havent lost anything about her declaration of special non working

a holiday... And I think since GMA is the Govt employee's boss (as u

And even if it was declared holiday by the PGMA .. We have our own
bosses here at accenture to follow. They havent send any memo or
correspondence for this matter... It is even stated in our contract
that we ar obliged and payed to work even during sundays and
holidays... So as to the govt employees having their own boss (PGMA)..
We also have Accenture as our own boss... This special non working
holiday should not be questioned as far as im concerned...

Come to think of it we're luckier... We are not required to
participate on parades and rally for the government... I bet our pay
is much higher than theirs... So give them a break .... Let them have this
one day...

Pawang katotohanan

Most of my close friends know that I’m a genuine sucker for Reality shows, aside from romance pinoy movies of course. lolz! In my opinion kasi... what i want to see eh yung mga pawang katotohanan o makatotohan. I hate fiction movies specially Star Wars (minsan lang ako nanood nito libre kasi tapos muntikan pa akong makatulog sa fighting scene...wahaha!). Yes, i guess you figured out na madaming magagalit sa akin sa mga kuro-kuro ko 'bout that movie. Ok lang sanay na ako madami ako kaaway sa office dahil jan. Naririnig ko pa lang ung openning music ng Star Wars na 'tententenen tentenen tentenen'... nakakatulog na ako.. hahaha!. 'nuf said bout that binigyan ko lang kayo ng perfect sample ng hndi makakatotohanan. This blog should be focused on Reality TV Shows.

Here are some of the Reality Shows ive gone gaga over with:

1. Survivor - This show really excites me. I remember back in college, we don’t have cable channels yet back then. And i would just await this show during Sunday evenings. You wouldn’t be bored with all the exotic challenges, mind boggling games, and back stabbing bitches you’ll see in every series. I always look forward for the next series may it be a Survivor in Tambuktu or Surivor in Mount Tralala. hehehe!
2. The Amazing Race - Wishing i am one of those racers who get to see the World for free and with such competent and determined attitude. Fave season ko ung kayna ROMBER. I really think there was some kind of conspiracy in the last hours of that season. Madaya!
3. American Idol - Being a rusher, you will not get the end of it all through out the show or atleast during Mondays. Not that much into this but i kinda enjoyed it also.
4. The Apprentice - Haayyy. As a frustrated Marketing Executive or Entrepreneur, I really envy the participants who have the chance to be successful in this field and not to mention to work @ one of Donald Trump's Companies. Haiizzzzzz.. Pero Hell! It's not too late... What about a change in career??? bwahaha!
5. Joe Millionaire – Gusto ko ung pinakauna… ung c Joe Construction worker pala… Comment lang naaalala ko sa kanya c Beast dun sa Beauty and the Beast (well, perfect)… laki kasi nyang tao. Pde na dn ihanay d2 ang The Bachelor/The Bachelorette, Playing Striaght (parang same same cla and lahat dn cla may twist)
6. Average Joe – May naaalala din ako.. hahaha! Kung ako dun sa Girl dun ako sa Average Joe kasi mayaman (ung stockholder sa New York).
7. Who Wants to Marry my Dad? – D ko alam kng bakit niya kelangan hanapin ang love nya through a reality tv show anyway, I love it when the fax machine rings ... lahat cla knakabahan… nakakaaliw clang tingnan na nanlalaki mga mata.. hehehe
8. The Contender – When this show was airing @ ETC every Monday, naku dali dali ako sa pag – uwi… kasi ang pnapanood ko lang naman d2 e ung mga challenge, kulitan and interviews nila b4 the fight. The fight itself… hmmnn… hangga’t kaya ko nanonood ako.. pero pag parang pati ako nasasaktan na… Punta muna ako sa sala and pashal pashal muna.. aalamin ko na lng sa huli kng cno talga nanalo… hehehe! Miski naman laban ni Manny Pacquiao sa umpisa lang ako watch kasi pag may blood na.. Arrraoouch!
9. America’s Next Top Model – This is ongoing on Studio 23 every Monday evening. Actually matagal na ‘tong series na ‘to … pero dahil I’m still awed with modeling perks... watch pa dn ako.
10. Fear Factor – Eeewww, what the f***?, OMG, P***** ?N@... At simpleng anak ng tipaklong ang mga pnapagawa d2. Pero the best panoorin.. wag lang gawin…hehehe!
11. Blind Dates/ Fifth wheel – back then while channel surfing, I saw these dating reality shows fulled with hmmnn should I say desperate guys and gals… ndi liberated lang cla.. and accepted. Eh tingnan nyo sa ABC 5 ung 3 blind dates hosted by JM Rodriguez… gnagaya nila tong mga dating shows na ‘to sa Pinas… Oh my ndi po sha katanggap tanggap… ewan ko… opinion ko yan.. ndi talaga pde nagmumuka clang martilyo sa TV.. haiizzz…
12. The Joe Schmo Show – My brother introduced me to this show… e natuwa ako… hehehe!... Kawawa naman c Joe… he reminds me of somebody.. Kamuka pa nya bait bait pa! Uyy tatawa na yan! =)
13. StarStruck!!! Dream Believe Survive! - Yes po… I like watching this reality based artista search… Well, nung una sabi ko ano b yan ang corny naman nyan.. ang jologs… and it turned out na it’s not that bad after all. O jologs lang talaga ako.. hahaha! Opo.. sa hnaba haba ng listahan ko ng reality shows.. eto ang unang local na pumasok sa aking faves… except kng ika-count ung Love Bytes in ABC 5 hosted by Edu Manzano na elementary pa lang ata ako nun (bata bata pa e… dyaske hehehe!)… Basta, may kakaiba sa starstruck o dahil frustrated artista lang ako..wahaha! Kasi dati ndi natuloy na isali ako sa Little Miss Philippines… hmmpp… san ako sasali ngaun TV Babe??? Wahehe. Wala nga ako kilala sa SCQ ng Ch2 e (c DM lang kasi cute wahaha!)
14. Extra Challenge – Paolo and Ethel Booba lang talaga aus na buto buto e… nakaka- amaze ang show na ‘to kasi they can really show artista's true colors. Madami kang madidiscover na kaartehan at kagandahan ng ugali sa mga artisang feeling mo laging picture perfect.
15. And last Saturday, ayun kakasimula lang ng Pinoy Big Brothers… eto nanaman ako sabi ko ang baduy ang corny... pero wag ka Kamps Kubs (Kamapanerang Kuba) pa lang nasa ch2 na ako kahit likas akong Kapuso. Wla lang naiintriga ako sa kanila… Actually etong entry ko na ‘to was intended for my observation on Pinoy big brother show… hmmnnn.. madaldal lang talaga ata ako at mukang sobra na mahaba eto.. I have to end this na… next tym na ung purely PBB blog.

After a tonsil breaking party @ Redbox, Gbelt, here I am still blogging. I just want to make sure that I will remember every detail of this day.

I came early @ the office (made a resolution to myself that I will not be late anymore… pinky promise with myself). A couple of hours later (930 am ata), there was no internet connection. Hell yeah! Wahaha! Petiks time. How good can it be, being paid for answering movie quizzes? Lol! We all had fun doing this. Even after lunch we continued with our new task “Guess what movie is this scene!”. Hehehe! @ around 2 pm, the connection was up and running again, back to work. The downside of all this connection disaster, I was given a tight deadline to complete my task. Waaahhh! Now, I’m on a new game “4:30pm beating the deadline!”

After all the cramming and the stressful beat it, I again have a lax time. Then @ exactly 5:30 pm, we’re headed to Redbox. Woohooo!

In order for all of us to participate and sing, we are picking names who would sing next. Hmmnn… where’s my name??? LOL! Ataters na ako kumanta. I even have a song in my mind if ever I was picked. Khriz! Yey! I was picked. “Bituing Walang Ningning po”. I shyly said when they asked me what song Id like. And the rest was history. I haven’t sipped any alcoholic drinks that night, what was It all about? Hmmnn… hey I was just having fun. And I bet all of them did too. Wahaha! Here are some other songs on my playlist that night: Hiram, Somewhere Down the Road, Let the Love Begin, I love you boy, and Total Eclipse of the Heart. I was tempted to make a comeback with Feliz’ version of ‘Let’s hear it for the boy’. But what the heck, her performance was incomparable. She simply amuses me every team party.

Everthing went right. Just right. Yes, I was elevated this day. Thank you but my plans will still push through.

Amigos y amigas, my two day 'bakasyon not that engrande' officially ends today. Kasad! What did I do yesterday? I bummed around all day and all night long. Hmnnn… That’s why before I went to sleep last night, I called my TL to ask on how to go to Broadway Centrum to watch Eat Bulaga (o db wala lang naisip ko lang). Nakow, akalain mo un… balak dn naman talga pala nilang manood ng EB.. wahaha! So, we agreed that we’ll just meet there. Bago ako matulog… feeling ko alam ko na kng pano kami pupunta ng kapatid ko, basta MRT tapos baba sa GMA Kamuning.

5 freakin' AM – My alarm clock woke me up. Gosh! A trip to Broadway Centrum lang pala ang makakapagpagising sakin ng ganto kaaga. Wondering why this freakin' early? Oh well, may pila daw ng pagpasok… ang usapan namin 7 am kami kita dun.

530 AM Wake up Wake up! I was trying to wake up my brother (sabi nya kasi sama sha!). Tapos waaahhh.. yaw na nya.. sleep na lang daw sha =(

He gave me an instruction on how to go there.. kaya lang im really not familiar in that part of Manila… narinig ko pa lang Cubao napaisip na ako e… hehehe!

Sabi sakin.. hnabilin nga ung isa.. may tinira pa!.. wahaha! busted! Pasaway kasi ei!

11+++ AM ayan puro preparation ng mga props, set, cam, lights, sounds… gosh wala ako cel para mamya… hmmppp

12++ NN ayan nag umpisa na ang Eat Bulaga! I just noticed na 3 portions lang pala meron ang Eat Bulaga. TKO, Bulagaan and Laban o Bawi. It was an experience. Pero, I would rather watch it na lang @ home.

Reasons why I would rather watch it @ home:

1. It’s funnier on TV coz the cam only focuses where the punchline or the action is. If you’re seeing it live, mapapagod ang mata mo sa daming distractions (men in black - crew) and sa dami ng gusto mong sabay sabay makita.
2. I usually enjoy watching EB while munching on my lunch. But since food or drinks (even candies) are not allowed inside, Manigas ka talaga sa gutom! (o dapat mag heavy breakfast ka.. e since pasaway na oishi lang ang gas ko… ndi talga kinaya)
3. I can be a kitikitext, specially if I want my friends to watch EB because of wangbu. Dun wala nasa selda ang aking mga cel.
4. @ home, the loud laughs of my kasambahay are tolerable (in fact we love to really laugh together while watching it). @ the Studio, the deafening shouts of the ‘Kurimao’ boys and students who cut on their classes came to a point where it was so irritating!

How was it in general?
I have to say that it’s quite an experience. Seeing all the Bulagaers was fun: Bossing, Joey and the rest of the gang. Most specially Jose’s Wangbu/Imaw performance... nyahaha! =). Aliw sha!

Will I watch Eat Bulaga live again?
Yes, but definitely not in the near future. (next tym pati lafangers muna ako bago pumasok dun.)

And that’s how my bakasyon ended… I guess I made the best out of it (wla kasi anda pambakasyon… kaya ganyan na lang.. hehehe). Have to sleep now ‘cause I really got tired. Tomorrow…Hello 22.07F! :S

Missing You

Roughly a week from now, it will be one full year since you left. Yeah, back then I was just joking around that finally I can be free as a bird. I can do anything I want without worrying if it might upset you. I can come home very late after late night gimiks. But then again, I really missed you a lot.

I made a list of the things I missed without you on my side:

• If you were here I wouldn’t be coming late in the office. (You’re my beautiful human alarm clock.—I have to be honest… the reason why I really wake up is that you’re voice literally is getting in to my nerves. lolz!)
• I would have baon in the office everyday, just like before. Now, I really get jealous with my officemates who have baons. =((
• I would have a person who’s always looking forward to hear all of my stories.
• I would not have bulging eye-maletas since you always tell me when to stop watching TV.
• I would not have any problem for ‘barya’ for the jeepney fare.
• I would not have to pay a luxury dinner on Sundays or any occasion.
• My Inbox would be full of text messages with Prayers or Good Mornings everyday.
• I would have more nilagang mais, talong (iba’t ibang luto), menudo and other home cooked meals.
• There’s someone who’ll be really happy if may pasalubong ako na mani (ung nabibili lang sa street stands).
• There’s someone who will really laugh at my corny jokes.
• And most of all, There will be someone who would not get tired na sabihing ang ganda ko! Wahehe!

Yep yep, I really miss her. I guess chatting (sa office and sa unit until wee hours), exchanging emails, phone calls, texts and chikkas were not enough.

Btw Mommy, if you’re reading this I’ve been a good girl. uummmwwaaahh!

My wind struck Mr. Arrogant!

Yes my dear friends! sa wakas may DVD player na kami wahaha! Kasi sabi ko dati... why buy a DVD Player kng meron na VCD Player db? same lang naman un... Oh well, ang butihin kong sister ang bumili... Thanks Ate!

Hmnn... shempre hexcited kami to use it agad.. she also bought a DVD which contains three movies in it namely: My Sassy Girl, Windstruck and 100 days with Mr. Arrogant. Wla kaming ibang 'bala' kaya un na ang pnanood namin. Actually windstruck na lang ang d ko napapanood d2 eh pero cge lang watch ako. It's very addicting to watch subtitled Korean, Chinese and Taiwanese films (except for the horror movies ha.. kasi those kind of movies really haunt me for days or months). Sometimes it makes me feel like being a Korean na lang... Kasi ang gaganda ng mga love stories dun.. hehehe.

Here are some 'commonalities' that I've noticed in the 3 movies and other Tsinovelas:

• Pinky Promises. They really put that much value to these promises. As in kapag nakipaglapat ung pinky mo sa pinky ng isang koreano, alam mo na pnasok mo.. kung ndi baka mamya habulin ka nila hanggang kng saan at maging horror na ang tema ng movie ng buhay mo.
• Carry me drama. Pasan pasan ng lalaki ang girlet sa likod. Eto kahit sa mga tsinovela napaka-rampant nito. Para bang eto ang pnaka-intimate moment nila. Kasi if u can notice wla naman (bihira) sa kanila ang nagkikiss or mga bed scene. Eto na ung pnakaromansa nila kumbaga.. wahaha! ang sagawang pakinggan.
• Sasakyan kita. May bike na talagang may upuan sa gitna or sa likod ng bike. D2 ang pwesto ni girl. Ang sweet nito... sa totoong buhay masaya para sakin 'to. I dont know kasi how to ride a bike. Kaya it would be better kng aangkas na lang ako.
• About the characters naman:

1. Atapang ababae. Eto kalimitan ang bidang babae. She''ll never be caught in a girly girl situation (atleast sa mga umpisa pa lng ng kwento). Palaging naninigaw, nang aaway at super angas ang mga leading lady sa mga movies and tsinovelas. Kilala nyo naman cguro ang orig na si San Cai.
2. Andres. Eto naman ang bidang lalaki. Super underdog characters usually ang mga leading man. They would do all of the lucky girl's desires. Ang saya db? sana ganto na lang lagi.
3. Usually there would be a Nanay or Lola na super pasaway. Konsintidora kumbaga! Basta patawa ang roles ng mga ito.
4. There are some leading men dn naman na ndi nagpapatalo sa love interest nya. Ung mga parang walang respeto sa babae. Super tapang-tapangan. Pero in the end chuvaers na rin sha.. hehehe! Dao ming zhe?
5. Make Faces. Napancin nyo b na kng gano kaganda ung mga babae... ganun dn cla kagaling mag-distort ng face nila. Pero cute na cute pa dn cla kahit 'mukang tangerks'. Babala: wag na clang gayahin kasi baka mawala ung word na 'mukang' pag may nakakita sau.

• Kodak Moments with that hand sign. Whenever there are scenes of them on a trip, shempre may kodakan. Common pose nila? E d ung may peace sign. Sa atin ang mahilig mag ganun... c april boy lang... kaya wag ulit gayahn... kasi bka akalaing maka-Idol ka pa! hehehe! =)

*Sa may mga DVD series jan ng kung ano... atsaka 'bala' ng DVD... Peram naman oh! hehehe =)

Significance of being Tagged

Hmmnn.. here it goes!

1. What are the things you enjoy doing when there's no one around you?

• Sing my lungs out. I'm not a gifted kantatera kaya it would be better if I keep it to myself na lang.
• Bust a move. Maraming d nakakaalam na passion ko dn ang dancing... and guess what ung mga close friends ko alam yan... may evidence pa nga eh! waaahhh! june wag mo na ipagkalat ung video ko last xmas party ha! =)
• Magdrama... O, bago nyo ako husgahan.. wahehe! ndi ako nababaliw... wla lang try nyo minsan harap kau sa mirror.. tapos mag emote kau... masaya! =P
• Watch my favorite movie. Pangako, Ikaw lang. Oo, adik na adik ako sa movie na 'to... And i really like watching it alone(or kng wlang tao sa bahay)... kasi magrereklamo na cla... ilang beses ko na kasing inulit ulit 'to. Atleast ndi Gladiator 3 ang fave movie ko daba? wahaha!
• Makipagtelebabad. 'Cause i am so paranoid that someone's eavesdropping.
• Clean the house. Eto naman e paminsan minsan lang. Kasi mas ayoko pa ata ung may nakkta na ibang tao na palakad lakad while im doing the chores.
• Sleep. Para wlang maingay db... kasi iba ang timezone namin ng mga kapatid ko... kapag gising ako cla ang tulog at kapag ako na matutulog gcng pa cla at nanonood ng TV. hhmmppp! peace bro.! =)

2. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level?

• Listening to Regine Velasquez' songs. lalo na kapag matataas na... birit ka dn para mawala at mailabas mo ang sama ng loob.
• Kung d mo talaga ma-take c RV kay Nina Live! ka na lang.. magaganda dn and ganun dn ang effect.
• Cadbury Chocolates, Ube Ice cream, Ketchup flavored Piknik, Sour Cream & Onions Pringles or VCut. Any of these junkies would do.
• Salon Services. dko alam pero nakakatulong sha... d ko na mashado gnagawa ito kasi ang gusto ko lang naman talaga eh massage sa ulo.. pero ang nangyayari napapa-hot oil ako which is so expensive.
• Jokes. Any kind of jokes. Kahit ung saksakan ng corny wahehe!
• Textbacks. Shempre if i have a problem, I would opt to text all of my good buddies. And their precious replies are so comforting.
• Greenhills, Glorietta and any SM Mall. Need I say more?
• Movies. Need I say more ulet? hehehe! =)
• Time offs. Once in a while we need a break... like what I'm doing now... nakakapagod dn kaya magpanggap..hahaha! (joke lang po ito... baka mabasa 'to ng TL ko...)
• Watching TV. Kahit ano... d ako pihikan.
• Sweetie talks.
• Sleep. When all else fails to lower my stress, this is what I do. A few hours of it is a sure refuge from my problems.

Can't wait... so excited! I am just eager to know what will happen... Would I enjoy it and embrace it forever? Will my dreams be realized? Will my prayers be answered? We’ll just know. Wish a wish a wish wish wish wish wish!!!

Lazy, cold, sluggish, calming, wet, comfy…these are the words that come in my mind if I were to describe last Friday. It was raining all day and was freakin’ cold. So I decided to go home early... hehehe. No gimiks in stored for us because sabi ni Daddy uwi agad ng maaga kasi may bagyo… mabait ako eh… hehehe =)

I tuned in to one of my favorite channels, Cinema One, I saw Dina Bonnevie na sobrang bata pa and buntis… curious ako kaya pnanood ko… scene na naabutan ko.. ung maid.. tnatawag c Alfie Anido(kapatid ni Gabby Concepcion sa movie) na may letter from Gabby(nsa States). Ang kwento c Dina, Gabby and Alfie childhood friends tapos nabuntis ni Gabby c Dina (anak ng manggagawa sa hacienda na pagmamay-ari ng Mama ni Gabby and Alfie… errr… sounds familiar? =)) … Tapos knupkop nila si Dina pero nililihim naman nilang may ibang babae c Gabby sa States atska ndi nila pnapaalam na may mga sulat c Gabby. Naawa na c Alfie kay Dina kaya he told her lahat lahat… galit c dina na umalis sa hacienda at bumalik sa bahay ng nanay nya habang anlaki laki na ng tiyan nya at mukang kabuwanan na nya… etong c alfie cnundan sha hanggang makauwi sa bahay c dina… ayun ilang minuto pa… sumigaw na c Dina na manganganak na sha… eto lang naman ang aliw na aliw ako sa pelikulang ‘to… Nsa kubo cla… manganganak na nga… aba at gumagapang pa ang babae.. may hnahanap.. ayun nakita nya hnahanap nya.. isang makapal na libro at nagscascan na sha… nakita na nya hnahanap… Oh my, grabe etong scene na ‘to.. shempre wla cla choice kasi wlang ibang tao.. c alfie ang magpapaanak… Hala! cge tingin sa libro habang nagpapaanak… as if tumitingin sa Recipe… Grabe talaga .. ndi ko alam kng ano nararamdaman ko sa movie habang pnapanood ko ang eksenang eto… naaawa ako sa scene and at the same time parang gusto ko dn isipin na isang malaking joke ang nag isip na ganun ang script nun.. waaahh!!!

Sobra mabigat ang feeling ko nung pahuli na dn… kasi b naman namatay ang baby ni Dina habang nakkipag away kay Gabby sa halamanan ng bulak..at ang kanyang anak nakow natabunan ng cotton na nasa basket… ah ewan! Masokista ata ang nagsulat ng pelikulang to… mashado!

Alam nyo b tong pelikulang toh? Haiizzz!

Anothers Wedding?

Muvee Review

Warning: This is a very subjective comparison between a local and foreign comic movie.

Wedding Crashers and 'D Anothers were the most recent movies I have seen. I was expecting on getting a good laugh for both flicks.

Wedding Crashers. I am not really planning on watching Wedding Crashers, what we really want that night was to watch If Only (JLH movie). So searching over the net, where is it still showing, we’ve learned na meron pa sa SM Megamall… Siksikan sa MRT and lakad pa… ayan andun na kami sa Megamall. Since it was a Friday night mejo madami tao, plus the fact that there was an event hosted by Cinema One for the digital film movies. So nung bumili ng ticket ang cnabi ko lang eh ung no. ng Cinema… pagcheck ko sa ticket.. Stealth ung showing dun… Ngee.. sabi namin if Only gusto namin.. tapos ndi na pla sha showing =( … So we settled for Wedding Crashers with matching pagatataray pa… kasi madami clang etchos bout pagpapalit ng ticket.. konting sindak lang pala… bibigay din… Gusto pa nilang tnatakot eh..wahaha! With all the hassles, did I enjoy the movie? Hmnnn…there were scenes where I almost fell asleep… pero nakakatawa dn naman sha.. hndi ka lang hahagalpak sa tawa… Pero gusto ko ung line nung guy on how he would describe love (paki-post naman kung alam nyo oh.. nakalimutan ko e… wahaha!)
*While watching this movie, elibs lang ako sa tibay ng dalawang bida d2… Hanep mag crash ng wedding… nagtotoast pa ng cheers for the newly weds.. hehehe!

'D Anothers. In one of my blogs @ friendster, I said that I’ll watch out for this movie. Masaya ang pelikulang ‘to! There were scenes na after ng punchline eh mga ilang minuto pa dn nagtatawanan ang mga tao at d pa nakakarecover…. Success na cguro masasabi 'to compared sa Gagamboy at Mr. Suave ni Vhong na never kong pnanood. And2 dn kasi c Toni Gonzaga kaya masaya talaga! Yup, this has traces of being a typical Pilipino movie dahil… may production number dn cla on one of those multo festivity. Maiinis na sana ako ng tuloy tuluyan dun sa scene na un ng biglang pumapel c Mura! Wahaha! pasaway.. nakakatawa! Maganda sha try to watch it… kahit papano maeentertain kayo…

Your keen observation regarding typical Pilipino movies was soooo hilarious! Sobrang saya! While I was reading it, clear pictures from the movie scenes are flashing in my head.. wahaha! May contribute lang ako sa blog mo.

Romance:

• Lovers started as bestfriends/childhood friends.
  Shempre iba - iba pa ang situation nyan:

1. Childhood friends sila at magkalaro lagi cla bata pa lang sa isang hacienda sa probinsya. Tapos may isa mayaman(kalimitan lalaki ito) isa mahirap(o anak ng katulong o magsasaka sa hacienda)... Ang siste itong mayaman... dahil can afford... aalis at mag aaral sa States or luluwas ng Maynila. Tapos pag mga binata at dalaga na cla... hala! in-love cla sa isa't isa... akalain mo un... amoy araw at lupa ung girl na probinsyana mas preferred pa rin nung guy??? it must be love!
2. Mag- bestfriends cla... tapos etong girl boyish... parang one of the guys... na sha pa lagi nilalapitan ng guy friend nya(future love team) na ilakad sha sa isang girly girl talaga sa campus... anjan ung mga scene na susuhulan nung guy ung tomboyin para lang ilakad sha... tapos, lagi dn cla magkasama sa outdoor games... habang nagbabasketball cla... ma-ouout of balance itong babae.. tapos may background music na yan na parang chimes, o basta ung parang tunog ng 'spark', ung parang magic... parang tinamaan na lang bigla ung girl ng pana ni cupido... at starting that day.. mag iiba na tingin nya sa bestfriend nya... magmemake-up at magdredress na sha lagi.. at shempre kakantyawan sha nung guy... pero hndi din magtatagal...para na rin shang tinamaan ni cupido. nakita nyo na b to? (Specialty ng Viva ito... Angelu, Sunshine, Jennelyn... pde rin cmula pa ng kapanahunan ni Maricel Soriano 'to!)
3. Shempre pag nagkakamabutihan na ang dating magbestfriends pero wla pa ding pnagtatapat etong lalaksot... after a date or gimik... ihahatid sa bahay c girl... tapos magpapaalam na...
   Chorus: Guy: "(Name ng girl), may sasabhin ako"
   Girl: "Ano un?"
   Guy: "ah... eh... bye!"/ "ah... eh... good night!"
   Girl: "Ok bye!" / "Ok good night!"

   At nanakawan ng halik ng guy sabay eskapo... after that etong girl tulala(habang nakahawak sa kanyang lips) at feeling nasa heaven... mantalang ung guy pagkalau sa scene ng krimen(o kaya pagbalik nya sa kotse nya).. saka magsisigaw ng yes yes woohoo!
   
4. Meron dng darating na ang mag bestfriend sa moment of truth. Gusto na nilang aminin sa isa't isa ang matagal na nilang natatagong pag ibig para sa isa't isa. Ano kamo ang laging nangyayari??? eh di ano pa... sabay silang magstatart magsalita... matatawa saka sasabihing "You go ahead..." "No, you go ahead" ...."Ladies first"... "I insist"... yang mga ganyang dialogue na nagpapauyuhan pa cla kng cno mauuna eh pareho lang naman cla ng gustong sabhin... wahahaha!

• Meron din namang nagsisimula sa sungitan at awayan... Tapos marerealize nila na soulmates pla cla. Ung guy and girl magkakaroon ng d magandang moment sa grocery store, restaurant, book store o kahit san pa man. Tapos sa gabi o kinabukasan, magkikita nanaman cla either cnet up na kablind date, friend ng friend, family friend o basta nagkaron cla ng konek. Shempre at first d cla magpapancnan at tuloy pa dn ang asaran.. Pero san b papatungo yan kundi magkakainlaban dn cla, kasi kng hndi matatapos na pelikula. wahaha!
  
• Habulan sa airport. Iba-iba dn version nito:

1. May mga love stories na against all odds ang drama. Mayaman at mahirap ulit. Shempre aalis na ung isa papuntang States (san pa b? may napanood na ba kaung aalis para pumunta sa Cambodia para tumakas sa heart aches??? =P) Tapos etong hahabol, sha malamang ung mahirap... magpapasama sha sa friend nya na may wheels o magtataxi sha... at matratrapik... pero may sa milagroso ang humahabol na to at aabutan pa nya ang girlalu para pigilan.
2. My Funny Valentine. Eto ung pelikula ni Vic Sotto and Kris Aquino... tuwang tuwa ako dati sa movie na to... sa pahuling part... aalis na c Kris... nakasakay na nga ata sha ng airplane at tumatakbo na take note... c Vic humahabol at pnapara ang airplane... tumigil naman.. swerte! cgurado akong may mga comedy movies pang may kagaya nito.
3. Isa pa... may lover na humahangos sa airport para pigilan ang kanyang true love sa pagalis... tapos pagdating nya sa airport.. ayun saktong nagtetake-off na ang plane... kawawa naman sha.. sa lungkot shempre napatungo.. akalain mo.. pagtunghay nya... andun sa harap nya ang hnahabol nya at d tumuloy umalis... ang saya nila! hahaha! meron pang isa... kundi man pagtunghay... pagatalikod nya para umalis na sa airport... dun nya makkta na tnitingnan sha ng hnahabol nya... wahaha!

***Alam na alam na pelikula lang to e noh! kasi cno b namang basta basta lang papapasukin sa NAIA hanggang sa may boarding ha... para lang habulin ang isang tao... malamang kng gawin mo yan sa totoong buhay... kukuyugin ka ng guardya at mapapagkamalan kang terorista with all the hangos and takbo on the side db? hehehe...

• And kapag tapos na ang lahat ng kaguluhan at inlove na inlove na cla sa isat isa. Meron clang out of town trip, kalimitan sa baguio, tagayatay o basta maganda scenery, tapos ayan na... ang background na eh ung soundtrack ng movie (na kalimitang movie title din). Pasweet sweet... may picnic, habulan sa mga trees, pde rin tampisaw sa river, horse backriding, etc...)

Ganyan talaga eh.... mga love stories para ientertain tau... kaya lang pag minsan nagging comedy na cla.. kasi sobrang alam mo na mangyayari... pero na-achieve pa dn naman ung goal nila eh... na-entertain tau! Kaya kahit anong mangyari...

Haayyy, thursday night i was trying to doze off when i tuned in Ch2. Maalaala mo Kaya's stars were Juday and Ryan... Hmnnn not that sleepy pa naman... so i decided to watch. Quick overview of the story, Juday is a GRO with a son and Ryan is an Am-boy who came back to the country for a vacation and also to look for his Father. They first met at the Grocery store and shempre ang scene eh may iringan between a bitchy lady and an arrogant Am-Boy. After that dahil small world... nung nag bar cna Ryan ang na-i-table nila ay c Juday. So yun, parang after nun gabi gabi or mas napadalas na pagkikita nila hanggang sa parang tatay-tatayan na c Ryan nung son ni Juday. Tapos shempre they fell in love na with each other pero wla pang cnasabi c ryan kng ano talaga relationship na nila. Mejo malabo talaga ako manood ng maalaala kasi madali ako madala e... Ndi magaling c Ryan sa drama pero i got teary eyed during his confrontation with his Father. So after nilang magkaaus ng Daddy nya, he went straight to the bar and looked for Juday. Shempre nahurt sha(nakalimutan kasi nyang GRO sha noh) and dun na nagcmula lumabo kasi may mga sumunod pang incidents na gusto shang bayaran ni Ryan para d na magpa-table. Umalis na c Ryan papuntang States ulit kasi cnabhan sha ni Juday na wag na magpapakta. Eto namang babae after ilang months magJajapan na dn. Ending? Shempre nung paalis na papuntang Airport ung Girl pinigil ng guy. (vice versa lang yan..laging ganyan ending! hehehe) Ayun they lived happily ever after at nagmigrate na cla sa States. So bakit ko nga b knwento to? Yeah, another typical Pilipino story. I was just curious kng ano itsura nilang dalawa in this plot. Nagustuhan ko naman sha kahit papano kesa kay Angelo dela Cruz na naging bayani dahil binihag.. hehe! =)

I watched din The Buzz earlier. Again, I saw them both on an interview with Boy Abunda! Nung una akala ko ung tsismax sa kanila publicity lang... Pero hndi ... totoo na ata.. wahaha! corny ko... pero, natuwa lang ako kanina sa kanila. I saw two people overflowing with love for each other. Hope it will never end! Corny! Happy lang ako para kay Juday.. hahaha! =)

Maling Akala!!!

I had the chance to play the buzzer beater game during the All Star event of WABL last Aug 2, Thursday. Whatta happened??? I have never been active or athletic naman talaga eh. Ewan ko ba, it’s just now that I’m enjoying these outdoor activities. Hehe! During our practice, I felt kinda confident na yakang yaka un… kasi lay- up lang naman. And this is what I like talaga in basketball shooting (walang dedepensa shoot ka lang!) That was a memorable night kasi nga naman… nauna ako sa paglista ng name ko.. ayun ako tuloy unang sinabak sa game.. shempre nagpademo muna ako kung ano gagawin. After the demo, ang yabang ko feeling ko ah okay! Kelangan lang pala mabilis na makapunta dun (kasi 15 sec. lang ang tym) tapos kelangan i-shoot! So go ako dun sa tabi ni Ref… inabot nya agad sakin ang bola eh hndi pa ako ready sabi ko sandali lang.. wahaha nag uumpisa na akong maging pasaway!. One more time with feelings, ayan game na.. I ran and dribbled as fast as I can… when I got to the other end of the court… binato ko agad bola.. mintis… eh may tym pa.. nag-attempt ulit ako.. ayun pumasok! Wow! Ayos!. Then when I approached my friends, ndi daw counted un. Ayun I learned something, Mali pala rules na sinet ko sa mind ko…hahaha! I thought kasi hangga’t ndi pa nagbubuzz at may tym pa… you can try as many times as u can to make a basket. Oh well, sayang mahaba pa naman ung tym na natira… Sitting pretty na ako sa bench, when they called my name nanaman. Hala! may 10 sec. game pa pala… hahaha! Sabi ko This is it! kaya na ito… Shempre tantsado na ako ni Ref (Thanks Ref!) hehe.. inintay nya na ako maging ready before nya i-abot ang bola… Again, I reached the other end with 5 seconds remaining on the clock pa… dnahan dahan ko pa ang pagbato ng bola! Wow! Wow naman! Ndi shumoot pare! Waaahh!

Pero I enjoyed it. Sabi ng mga nanood sakin mabilis daw ako… wahaha! d nga lang makashoot.. hehehe! Kya now I’m seeing another option. Track and Field na lang sports ko. Takbuhan na lang.. wla ng shoot shoot! Hehehe =)

Sayang june ndi sumipot exec mo… malamang panalo dapat kau sa two point shoot out.. hehehe! Btw, Salamat sa aking mga friendly friends sa panonood sa walang kwentang pangyayari.. Thanks to Ferdie (oo, kahit papano cnoach mo ako.. pero d mo cnabi na isang try lang.. hehehe) at kay Gegs na pinag intay kami nina June at Ferdie sa tapat ng GT ng kalahating oras… ang bigat ng pwet mo ah…wahaha! fizh us! To sum it all up, Masaya naman ang experience, I enjoyed our mini dramatico teatro @ Heaven’s BBQ. *wink*
